The laboratory practicum on physics with elements of student research was established in 1992. The main objective of establishing was an inclusion of successfully studying 2nd year students and Physical Department graduates with aim of studying general physics course and elements of applied and experimental physics at a higher scientific methodological level using modern equipment and information technologies.
The Mathematical Modeling of Nonlinear Dynamical Systems Laboratory was established in 2014
Major fields of research:
- localization of invariant compacts of continuous and discrete dynamical systems, chaotic dynamics;
- research of continuous and discrete nonlinear dynamical systems and management processes based on algebraic and differential-geometric methods and designing of control algorithms for them. . .
TEAM (mini football) Monday, July 3, 19:30-20:30
Yesterday, July 3, an amicable football match took place. Two international teams of PIRT-2017 conference participated in it.
You can see the Team RED and Team BLUE members in the table.
The photo report is presented below on the conference website.
They testify to the pleasure that all the match participants received.
In total there were two halves of 15 minutes. The result of the game is 0: 0.
The teams turned out to be worthy opponents!
Players and fans said that this game was a good example for future encounters!

Interuniversity scientific seminar on the qualitative theory of differential equations
Supervisers
In 2017 the Interuniversity scientific seminar on the qualitative theory of differential equations (Supervisers Prof. I.V. Astashova, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Plekhanov Russian Economic University and Prof. A.V. Filinovskiy, Bauman Moscow State University, Lomonosov Moscow State University) celebrating its 15th anniversary. The seminar was organized at the Department of Mathematics at Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI) in 2002. The seminar leads annually the international conference "Qualitative theory of differential equations and applications" with detailed publication of the reports in the annual Proceedings of the conference. In the seminar participate actively the leading researchers in the field of the qualitative theory of differential equations and spectral analysis and young researchers, graduate and undergraduate students. The research team has numerous scientific contacts with various foreign universities. On the seminar are discussed problems of the qualitative theory of differential equations, spectral analysis and applications.
